- Framework: The default framework is now updated to the STAR Framework 2012 language
- Manage Building: Newly created users will adopt the building that is currently loaded as their Home Building by default
- Manage Building: List all buildings by default, with pagination (note: only applied to users who have access to multiple schools, such as district administrators)
Fixes
- SMART Goals: Fixed a formatting issue that caused part of the Observation Details report panel to be hidden
- Manage Building: The Create & Add Users window was disappearing without apparent cause
