New SMART Goal, Learning Walk, and Lesson Planner features makes setting goals and working towards them much nicer.

- SMART Goals: You can now create SMART Goals for your team
- SMART Goals: You can also now create SMART Goals for yourself
- Learning Walks: The new Reflection (Offsite) type of Learning Walk (select in the drop-down menu next to the Go button) allows all staff members to conduct Learning Walks purely for personal reflection and improvement
- Learning Walks: Added SMART Goal and Learning Walk type columns to the landing page list
- Learning Walks: The notes for the "How could the focus indicators show up more?" question now show up next to the "What did I learn today?" question in the Reflection form, allowing you to copy-and-paste your notes and clean-up for a more concise reflection
- Lesson Planner: The layout and features of the landing page has been updated - nothing new, just restructured - to give you faster and cleaner access to your lesson plan data and shared plans
Fixes
- Lesson Planner: The Subject and Grade fields are now visible on the View page
- Learning Walks: The Collection and Reflection type of Learning Walk is only available for District Administrators, School Administrators, and Teacher Leaders
- Learning Walks: Updated the Learning Walk page title to display the type of Learning Walk that is being conducted
- Learning Walks: The index field (e.g. Observation 1: Smith) that show up for each observation in the left column of the Learning Walk form now resolves for the current observation when you navigate to Reflection or another Observation
- Learning Walks: Your Reflection data is now automatically saved when you click New Observation
- Learning Walks: Fixed an incorrect validation issue in which an error message appeared upon attempting a Learning Walk for a building without set Custom Observation Fields
